Returns and exchanges

①If you find that the product is defective after it arrives, please contact us via "Customer Inquiry" within 7 days.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items.

*Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

・Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago

・If the manufacturer's specified packaging (package, gift box, etc.) is damaged

- Products that have been used by the customer even once or that show signs of use

- Products that have been altered, washed or cleaned by the customer after delivery

・Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession

If you wish to return an item, please contact us without refusing to accept the item you ordered.

If not, the package will be returned to our logistics service provider's warehouse and we will not be able to process the return directly.
