About member registration ① Member registration is free, and there are no joining fees or annual fees required.
With one login ID, you can use it across computers, smartphones, and mobile phones.
Please register as a new member here.

② If you are unable to register as a member, there may be the following reasons.
・If there is an error in the customer's input.
⇒Please check the errors displayed in red before registering as a member.
・If you have previously registered using the same email address ⇒ If the message "The login information you entered is already in use" is displayed, you have already registered using the same email address.
*If you have forgotten your previous registration details, please reset your password and log in.
③If you wish to change your registered information, please go to ``Confirm/Change Registration Information'' on My Page.
If you have changed your email address, please make the changes using "Change Login Email Address".

About e-mail magazines Registration and cancellation of e-mail magazines can be set from the ``List of distributed e-mails'' on My Page.
If you do not receive the e-mail magazine even if you have configured the delivery settings, there may be a reason why you entered the e-mail address incorrectly or the domain was specified.
Please be sure to add "@sondersable.com" to your designated recipient list.

About orders ① When your order is completed, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered address.
If the email does not arrive, there may be a delay in email delivery, the registered email address may be incorrect, or the customer may have set up domain-specific reception.
Please add "@sondersable.com" to your designated receiving list before placing your order.

②You can check your order from "Order History" on My Page.
If you do not receive an order completion email, please check your My Page.

③ If you cannot confirm it in the "Order History", it is due to an error and the order has not been completed successfully.
If you would like to confirm your order, please contact customer support via email.
Additionally, if the customer has set up domain-specific reception, the email will not arrive.
